Returns: Parts may be returned within 7 days if they are faulty or not as described. Parts must be unused and in original condition.

4. Vehicle Removal Service

• Free removal is available for complete vehicles in most Ballarat areas
• Vehicles must be accessible for our tow truck
• You must provide proof of ownership and valid ID
• You’re responsible for removing personal belongings before removal
• Removal times are estimates and may vary due to weather or operational needs

5. Orders and Collection

• Parts must be collected within 7 days of purchase unless arranged otherwise
• We’re not responsible for parts after 30 days if not collected
• Bring your receipt or order confirmation when collecting parts

6. Delivery

• Delivery services may be available for an additional fee
• Delivery times are estimates only
• You’re responsible for checking items upon delivery

7. Liability

• We’re not liable for incorrect parts if you provided wrong vehicle information
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the parts
• We’re not responsible for installation costs or consequential damages
• You use parts at your own risk; professional installation is recommended
